I am a Connecticut state Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor. I am currently practicing in Waterbury, CT. I consider myself a modern therapist. Modern therapy, for modern times. I've lived a fast-paced life with many ups and downs. Resultantly, I am authentic, down-to-earth and open-minded. I am unconditionally accepting of people of all ages, all walks of life, and all experiences. It can be beneficial to seek help from someone outside our situations to help us find ways to make positive change, and move through these trying times.

We have day and evening hours available. We also numerous prescribers we collaborate with that can assess you if needed.
